In 2025-26 the Scottish Police Authority is hosting a programme of knowledge exchange events, commencing with this webinar on the theme of retail crime.

The wider series of knowledge exchange events across 2025-26 comprise webinars and in-person roundtables/conferences, covering a range of thematic and topical issues, linked to progression of the strategic police plan, Police Scotland’s 2030 Vision for Policing and supporting Business Plan.

This particular webinar will focus on supporting victims which is a key pillar of Police Scotland’s 2030 Vision. The Victims, Witnesses, and Justice Reform (Scotland) Act 2025 gained royal assent on 30th October this webinar will focus on the implications of the Act for policing and partners and showcase examples of practice in Scotland and England in this area.
