This section tells you about Scottish Police Authority events.

The Authority runs events as part of building a shared ’good practice’ evidence base. Events concern good practice, challenges and opportunities for collaboration. The Authority events focus on the six strategic priorities by:

• bringing police officers, academics, third sector and government, together
• creating a chance to share expertise
• exploring innovation
• exploring the use of statistics and data in modern policing for the public benefit
• considering areas of future research and evidence-based public debate.
