Q1. Further to what was provided per FOI 2025/6 - 053R, please supply the Police Scotland Conduct Report in a manner redacted so as not to identify any person, in relation to the reports presented to the SPA Complaints and Conduct Committees on 13th November 2025 and 4th September 2025.
Q2. As presented to the SPA Complaints and Conduct Committees on 4th September and 13th November 2015, please supply the Police Scotland Ongoing Non-Criminal Complaints (redacted in a manner not to identify any person)
Q3. Please supply details of what scrutiny the Complaints and Conduct Committee has provided in relation to the recent Police Scotland Conduct Reports which note an increase in the number of subject officers experiencing suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety and PTSD?
Q4. Please supply details of what scrutiny the Complaints and Conduct Committee has provided in relation to the overwhelming number of successful Police Appeals Tribunals over the past year and what learning has been identified by Police Scotland and the SPA in relation to why these dismissals were overturned?
