The Scottish Police Authority has considered your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act (FOISA).
The Authority’s response to each part of your request is provided below.
Confirm whether the SPA ever use the Tobago meeting room.
We can confirm that the Authority has used the Tobago meeting room in Dalmarnock.
Confirm whether anyone working for the SPA in any capacity has ever raised a concern about the name of this meeting room.
The Authority holds no record of any Authority employees raising any concerns about the name of the Tobago meeting room. We are aware that the Dalmarnock Premises Board is reviewing meeting room names with a view to displaying information which explains the origin of room names.
Police Scotland provides certain services to the Authority, in line with legislation, including estates management. Therefore, information may be available by contacting Police Scotland at foi@scotland.police.uk

The Authority’s Equality and Diversity Employment Monitoring and Analysis Report is published annually on the website.
