Next Steps
Learning from our approach to monitoring and supporting activities specific to our Workforce Survey results in 2024-25 will be enhanced for our next survey year. Specifically, Strategy, Insight and Engagement colleagues will work in close collaboration with our Strategic HR Leads to define where activity can be added, amended or aligned within People Plans to respond more specifically to survey findings.
In addition, there will be a national organisational overview of activity aligned to key priority areas colleagues have identified through the survey. This will provide a new framework for monitoring response and activity so that we can inform our ‘you said, we did’ approach in a meaningful way.
Further, work is underway with Corporate Communications colleagues to ensure that updates on activity is delivered throughout the year and in key places across both digital and physical workplace environments.
