Implications
REPUTATIONAL IMPLICATIONS
There are significant reputational implications related to how the Service responds to and takes seriously the feedback provided by colleagues through our annual Workforce Survey approach. If there is not demonstratable improvement in key areas of national and local focus, then there may be perceptions among colleagues that they are not being listened to or being taken seriously which could reduce confidence in the process of colleague engagement.
EQUALITIES IMPLICATIONS
The EQHRIA developed for the YVM survey 2024-25 will be continually refreshed and HR Equality and Diversity team will remain an ongoing stakeholder in this process.
