Implications
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS
The financial assumption of ‘Transforming Change’ is to operate within existing budget constraints.
PERSONNEL IMPLICATIONS
Early engagement has taken place with JNCC and formal consultative processes will be engaged with JNCC as required for any change in police staff roles.
EQUALITIES IMPLICATIONS
An EQHRIA has been developed and will be maintained and updated as part of the JNCC consultation process.
