Flexible Working
As of 31st March 2024, a total of 249 individuals across the Authority worked a flexible pattern, 77% of whom were female. Between 1st April 2023 and 31st March 2024 93 requests for flexible working were submitted – 24.73% of which were approved and 29.04% were approved on a trial basis.
