Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to provide members of the SPA Complaints and Conduct Committee with an update in relation to Police Scotland’s ongoing activity as is required to implement the various aspects of the Police (Ethics, Conduct & Scrutiny) Scotland Act 2025 including work to develop the Code of Ethics for Policing in Scotland.
Members are invited to discuss the contents of this paper.
