Barred and Advisory List for Policing in Scotland
The PECSS Project Team have met with SPA with regards to the proposed route to progress this aspect of the legislation and early engagement will now begin with procurement around potential routes to implementation. Regular meetings will continue with SPA in this regard.
The Regulations required for commencement of this section of the Act are not anticipated until September 2026.
