The report at Appendix A provides a summary status of People Strategy and SWP Year 1 deliverables which have carried across into Year 2 as well deliverables which began in Year 2.
Each deliverable has been given a RPAG (Red, Purple, Amber, Green) status and further detail on progress is provided for deliverables identified as Red (Not progressing and not on target to complete this year) and Purple (Underway but not on track for completion this year).
As with the last report to members in August 2025, we have illustrated how each deliverable aligns with our strategic objectives under the People Strategy and SWP as well our commitments under the 2030 Vision. Figure 1 below explains the information captured against each of the People Strategy and SWP milestones with Appendix A.
As we move forward, a renewed focus on strategic workforce planning is underway following the appointments of the Director of Transformation and Head of Organisational Development. We will be developing a re-iterated workforce plan and anticipate that this will be reported to Committee following conclusion of the current SWP which runs until the end of FY 2026/27.
