Prior Governance
The Incremental Expansion of Drug-Wipes (Operation Seltern) has been approved at Operational Support Management Board (OSMB)
A Short-Life Working Group of stakeholders has been engaged since July 2025 to deliver the structure, scale and governance of the incremental expansion and all elements of the plan are in place for the launch on 24 October 2025.
