Background
Attached as an appendix is the Forensic Services Quarter 2 (Q2) Performance Report for review and discussion by the Committee.
The report demonstrates Forensic Services delivery over the past quarter through the following:
- Progress updates on Forensic Service commitments laid out in the annual Forensic Services Business Plan and the Forensic Services Performance Framework.
- Qualitative performance data.
- Reporting of targets against those set out in the Memorandum of Understanding with Police Scotland and COPFS.
