Post-Mortem Toxicology service

We have ongoing discussions with members of staff, who transferred from the University of Glasgow to Forensic Services under TUPE, and their trade union representatives about the possible integration with SPA terms and conditions and structures.

This is likely to be a lengthy process, as it requires considerable negotiation and agreement before any change can go ahead. These staff provide the Post-Mortem Toxicology Service and have delivered an excellent service both during and since the transfer.
