Criminal Toxicology – Long Term Sustainable Model
- Discussions continue with Police Scotland Estates colleagues around resource requirements, scheduling and prioritisation within existing workplans.
- Initial Police Scotland Digital Division resource is now in place with work ongoing to scope future resource requirements and funding approach.
- Progress made on project planning, workstream scoping and allocation of workstream leads. Post confirmation of Estates support, the project plan will be refined and baselined with relevant leads and project governance.
- We continue to work closely with Police Scotland colleagues on the Drugs Driving Pilots and the subsequent national roll out. The outputs of this activity will continue to inform demand profiling within the FBC
