Central Purchasing Solution
Our Central Purchasing Project seeks to deliver an effective solution for improved strategic governance and management of procurement activities across SPA FS.
Specifically, the project will deliver;
- A significant amount of data analysis has been carried out to confirm scope, workstreams and associated benefits / cashable savings of the project.
- Potential workstreams (listed below) and a detailed update will be presented to Forensic Services Senior Management team later this month. The update will highlight the potential impact, associated recommendations and desired outcomes for each of the workstreams;
- Staff (ordering and approvals)
