Your request for information dated 3 November 2025 is copied below.
I have been advised to contact you by the Scottish Parliament's Justice Committee to ask whether you are aware that the current waiting time for a Subject Access Request from Police Scotland is nine months. Can you advise if you will look into this excessive wait time? I would be grateful to know the response you receive from Police Scotland over why this wait time is so excessive.
