Response

The Scottish Police Authority has considered your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act (FOISA).

Scottish Police Authority employees include SPA Corporate, Forensic Services and staff under the direction of the Chief Constable of Police Scotland.

The Authority does not have probation periods for staff. As such, there have been no instances since 2021 of former employees who failed their probation and had their employment ended.

Therefore, the Authority does not hold information.
