Your request for information dated 14 October 2025 is copied below.
I’m writing to request a copy of the updated DPIA for SPA and PSoS’ use of Microsoft Office 365, and the Information Commissioner’s response to that updated DPIA.
A previous version of the DPIA was released under FoI on 15 July 2025, but I understand that following the receipt of new information about Microsoft’s remote access locations, a revised DPIA was created to reflect this. The SPA previously confirmed to me that this new DPIA was submitted to the ICO for its consideration on 1 September 2025.
Please could you provide me with the following information:
- A copy of the revised DPIA.
- Any supporting materials sent to the ICO for its consideration under Section 65.
- The ICO’s formal response to that revised DPIA.
- Any correspondence between the ICO and SPA discussing the new DPIA.
