The Scottish Police Authority has considered your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act (FOISA).
The Authority includes SPA Corporate and Forensic Services.
In terms of parts one to three requesting temporary and permanent agency spend for support services in the last 12 months and a breakdown of this spend.
The Authority can confirm there was no spend on temporary and permanent agency spend for support services in the last 12 months.
In terms of part four requesting framework used for NMNC agency staff.
The Authority can confirm frameworks used for temporary and interim staff as Crown Commercial Services Non-Clinical Staffing Framework and Scottish Government Temporary and Interim Staff Framework.

This is because Police Scotland provides certain services to the Authority, in line with legislation. This includes contract management.
