Request

On 16 May 2025 you made a request for information to the Scottish Police Authority. In response to your request the Authority explained we are not obliged to comply with a request for information if it is identical or substantially similar to a previous request from the same person, unless a reasonable period has elapsed between the submission of the requests.

Our response referenced identical or substantially similar requests from you which were responded to in November and December 2024.

On 19 June 2025 you asked the Authority to review this decision.
