The Scottish Police Authority has considered your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act (FOISA).

The Authority does not hold the information requested.

SPA Forensic Services do not hold forensic swabs pertaining to this case. Police Scotland are the Custodiers of Productions responsible for the secure storage and management of items obtained during legal investigations, such as those related to criminal justice proceedings.
