The Scottish Police Authority has considered your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act (FOISA).

The Authority does not hold information.

By means of explanation, the public cannot request a search of the Scottish DNA database managed by SPA Forensic Services. Searches can only be requested by law enforcement agencies.
