The Scottish Police Authority has considered your request and can confirm that the Authority does not hold information.

By way of explanation, applications for injury on duty awards submitted by or on behalf of former police officers are administered by Police Scotland on behalf of the Authority. Because of this, the Authority took no steps in relation to the English Court of Appeal judgement Chief Constable of South Yorkshire Police v Kelly [2021] EWCA Civ 1699.
