Response

The Scottish Police Authority has considered your request and we can confirm that the Authority does not hold an Islands Impact Assessment related to Police Scotland’s Estate Strategy.

By means of explanation, Police Scotland manage the police estate on behalf of the Authority. The Authority considered and approved Police Scotland’s Estates Strategy in 2019. The Islands (Scotland) Act is listed as a key driver of the Strategy (see page 32 and Appendix B: Documents Reviewed).
