The Scottish Police Authority does not hold the information requested.

By way of explanation, SPA Forensic Services do not carry out the Livescan process at police stations.

A link is provided to Police Scotland’s Fingerprint procedure available on their website which may be of interest. Information relating to immigration /asylum seekers / foreign nationals is available at section 9 (page 11).
