At the time of writing this report, COSLA Leaders are due to consider the refreshed joint COSLA-Police Scotland-SPA Partnership Delivery Plan at their meeting on 28 November.
Leaders will be asked to offer views and to endorse the draft Plan. The report also offers an overview of the document and outlines the refresh process undertaken by COSLA officers with Police Scotland and SPA colleagues over the last few months.
