Project - Long Term Sustainable Model
Progress continues as we move forward with defined work packages and resource planning.
Positive engagement continues with our estate’s colleagues around final confirmation of allocation of resource to the project and identifying the extent of estates activity which can be progressed at this stage. Sourcing of external resource to support initial feasibility work continues.
Priority focus for the team at this stage is finalisation of the project plan and associated timelines. Confirmation of estates resource is critical to successful navigation of the various dependencies impacting the planning process. It is anticipated that early indicative timelines for development of the full business case will be subject to review.
