Operating Model Project Benefits
Approach to measurement and reporting of operating model benefits has been refreshed in preparation for transition to business-as-usual monitoring on project closure.
Links to programme outcomes and gap analysis activity are more clearly defined in the refreshed approach however further clarity on continued monitoring and links to performance reporting post project closure requires further clarity
Appendix B contains a high-level overview of benefits realisation to date along with an example slide of the refreshed approach.
