Implication Details
All projects follow the UK government’s green book guidance on options appraisal and evaluation which supports proper consideration of implications, cost, benefits and alternative options for delivering policy objectives.
Each project is supported by business cases which have been developed in line with the UK Government’s recommended five case model which ensures all implications are considered, mapped and planned for within the delivery milestones.
