Background
The 6-Monthly Policing Together Performance Report now incorporates updates in respect of the Policing Together Strategy, the Joint Equality Outcomes for Policing 2025-2029 and the HMICS Inspection of Organisational Culture.
Ordinarily the Performance Report is provided to the SPA People Committee each May and November, however the previous report was presented on 28 August. It was thereafter updated and presented to the SPA Board on 25 September. As such the proximity of reporting must be acknowledged as it relates to progress captured within the report.
