SUPREME COURT RULING ON SEX & GENDER
Members considered the report which provided an update on the practical implications for policing following the UK Supreme Court ruling on Sex and Gender. In addition to the submitted report the following was discussed.
• Members considered a summary of the report.
• Members noted the ongoing work to address people policy impacts from the UK Supreme Court ruling on Sex & Gender.
• The ACC reported there have been no issues since the guidance had been issued and this will continue to be closely monitored.
