INTRODUCTION AND WELCOME
CHAIR’S OPENING REMARKS
The Chair opened the meeting and welcomed all Authority Members and representatives from Police Scotland’s senior leadership team.
APOLOGIES
There were no Member apologies.
DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST AND CONNECTIONS
One declaration of interest was raised. Chris Creegan declared an interest in Item 7 in respect of his previous role as Vice Chair of the Equality Diversity, Inclusion and Human Rights Independent Review Group.
ANY OTHER BUSINESS
Authority Members raised no other business.
DECISION ON TAKING BUSINESS IN PRIVATE (ITEMS 10-12)
Members agreed that, in accordance with paragraph 20 of the SPA Standing Orders, the Authority would consider items 9 and 10 in private for the reasons set out on the agenda.
