Joint Equality Outcomes for Policing 2021

Report Summary

As public bodies, Police Scotland and the Authority have a duty to ensure that we pay due regard, in line with the Equality Act 2010, to eliminate discrimination, harassment,
victimisation and any other conduct that is prohibited by or under the Act. To help us meet the general equality duty, there is also a specific duty to publish a set of Equality Outcomes at least every four years and report progress at least every two years. This is the report published in 2021.
