Purpose and Recommendation
The purpose of this paper is to update the People Committee on the organisational qualitative survey results. We will also set out the post-survey action planning approach for approval which includes the framework for enabling activity responding to the 2025 Your Voice Matters Workforce Survey results.
Members are asked to approve the approach set out within this paper for post-survey action planning.
