Purpose
To provide the Scottish Police Authority Legal Committee with an update and assurance on Workplace Relations Organisational Learning.
The paper sets out how organisational learning is identified, analysed and translated into improvement activity through a structured framework drawing upon workplace relations casework, Employment Tribunal and Judicial Mediation outcomes, governance activity, management information and wider organisational assurance. It also provides assurance on how learning is informing policy development, management capability, organisational governance and risk management.
