Purpose
This framework represents a significant evolution of the Change Portfolio Benefits Management Strategy published in 2021, now Transformation Portfolio Benefits Management Strategy. By implementing these changes within the document, Police Scotland will strengthen the focus on value delivery, provide greater transparency for oversight bodies and ensure that benefits realisation remains central to transformation.
