Implications
Equalities and Human Rights - Working with the ED&I team
EQHRIA is in development for Talent Management approach.
EQHRIA for Objective and PDP Setting Pilot has been revised.
Data & Privacy - Talent Management: DPIA has been considered and discussed with Information Assurance, at this stage of activity is not considered required. As the work progresses and evolves, it will be revised to reflect developments.
Data & Privacy - Performance Management: Revised DPIA has been approved by Information Assurance.
