Purpose
• To update the Committee on complaints and conduct matters including
key statistics reflecting the position at the end of Q4, 2025/26.
• The report also includes statistics over the past 7 years, 2019/20 to
2025/26.
• To update the Committee on findings from dip-sampling of Police
Scotland complaints from Q3, 2025/26.
