Implications
The Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) and Equality and Human Rights Impact Assessment (EqHRIA) have both received formal approval for the previous stage of the implementation of the initial sections within the Act. The DPIA has been updated to include vetting and is currently with Information Assurance for approval for sign off by ACC Ratcliff as the SIAO. The EqHRIA has been published on the intranet and a Summary of Results on Police Scotland’s external website.
