Purpose and Recommendation
To present the Forensic Services Strategic Workforce Plan to the Forensic Services Committee and outline next steps.
Recommendation - For Approval. Members are requested to discuss and Approve the Forensic Services Strategic Workforce Plan. In particular, Members views are sought on the recommendations and embedding the strategic workforce plan into wider planning across the policing and criminal justice system.
