In terms of your request to provide the agenda for Item 8 Estates of the Resources Committee on 5 August. The Authority does not hold the information requested. To explain, there is no agenda for individual items considered in committee meetings.

In terms of your request to provide the minute for Item 8 Estates of the Resources Committee on 5 August. The Authority does not hold the information requested.To explain, a draft Minute for the meeting of the Resources Committee on 5 August is not yet produced.
To assist, we can advise that a summary of committee consideration will be included in the Chair’s report at the meeting of the Authority on 24 September 2026. In line with the Authority’s standing orders, a draft minute from the private meeting of the Resources Committee, held on 5 August 2026, will be tabled for approval at the Resources Committee on 11 November 2026.
