The Scottish Police Authority has considered your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act (FOISA).
The information requested can reasonably be obtained. The Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 requires us to publish, after the end of each financial year, a statement of payments made above £25,000 to companies and organisations who provide services to the Authority and/or Police Scotland.
In terms of part one of your request, we can confirm that a full list of payments over £25,000 for the period April 2022 - March 2023 is available on the Authority’s website. An error in the dates published on the website will be corrected, and to assist, a link is provided to this information - Scottish Police Authority & Police Scotland payments above £25,000: 2022-23
In terms of part two of your request, information prior to 2020 is not held by the Authority in the same way. However, this information is available in a previous FOI response by Police Scotland.
