How many Police Scotland officers or staff, since 1 January 2015, have been the subject of misconduct proceedings, criminal investigations, suspensions, dismissals or vetting reviews after information came to light regarding alleged sexual offending, sexual misconduct, sexual harassment or safeguarding concerns that pre-dated their recruitment into Police Scotland?
