Your request for information dated 3 July 2026 is copied below.
I am writing to you to request the following information.
1) Since 2021, the number of Police Scotland staff and/or officers which went through Pension forfeiture processes.
2) The value of the forfeitures for each case
3) The offence or disciplinary reason for the forfeiture in each case
4) The names of those who saw their pensions forfeited.
