I am looking for details of how many Police Officers have faced criminal cases, and have had their legal costs covered by the SPA and/or the Scottish Police Federation. Along with any employment tribunals which you have either defended or supported Police officers or staff, with their legal fees.
I am looking for figures in relation to;
Male or Female
Officer, Rank or Staff
Criminal, civil or Employment tribunal
Between 2016 and 2026
Approximate costs for each
Fully financially supported or not
Defending Police or supporting an officer or member of staff.
