Freedom of Information Request: Dog-Related Incidents
Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I am writing to request information from your police force regarding dog-related incidents in the years 2024, 2025, and 2026 to date?
- Dogs seized:
How many dogs has the force seized under Section 3 of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 in the years 2024, 2025, and 2026 to date?
- Breeds of dog seized:
If recorded, please list the breeds of all of the dogs seized under Section 3 of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 in the years 2024, 2025, and 2026 to date?
