Under the Freedom of Information Act, I request the following information:
Is the restricted contract letter issued to me, a document issued from a court, or is it a policy document produced by Police Scotland.
Secondly, what are the legal repercussions of this document.
Thirdly does this represent a punishment without trial as defined in ECHR Article 7.
Lastly do Police Scotland have a duty by law to investigate violations of ECHR Articles 2 and 3 ( Human Rights Act 1998).
