Your request for information dated 12 March 2026 is copied below.
Under Freedom of Information, I wish to request:
All information regarding the departure of Fiona McQueen as chair of the SPA.
This should include any correspondence with Ms McQueen ahead of the announcement, either by letter, email or any other form of communication.
I also require details of any payment connected to her departure agreed with her or her representatives, either redundancy, severance pay or compensation for loss of office.
