Request

On 9 December 2025 you made a request for information to the Scottish Police Authority regarding an alleged grievance. In response to your request the Authority refused to confirm or deny if information exists or is held. The response explained that if information existed and was held, this would be exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, and why it would be contrary to the public interest to reveal whether the information is held.

On 2 February 2026 you asked the Authority to review this decision.
